Overtoasted in a panini press, it was hard and dry, contained mostly (overwhelmingly) pickled cabbage which (while tasty enough) absolutely overwhelmed the small sandwich. I usually started my day withsourdough toast and jam, my partner usually had a bacon and egg roll.
